Taco Bell just answered one of its loudest fan cravings.

Starting December 18, the Cheesy Dipping Burritos are officially back nationwide. This time, they’re bringing Creamy Garlic Sauce with them. The fan-favorite burritos now come with a choice of three dipping sauces: Creamy Garlic, Creamy Chipotle, or Nacho Cheese. It’s a move inspired directly by fans, many of whom helped turn the Creamy Garlic Sauce into a cult favorite in the first place.

The return also coincides with the comeback of Steak Garlic Nacho Fries, another fan-loved item built around the same sauce that sparked Taco Bell’s garlic obsession. Together, the two items highlight how the brand continues to turn fan hacks into full-on menu moments.

The Cheesy Dipping Burritos arrive as a pair of warm, snack-sized burritos filled with melted cheese and your choice of grilled, marinated steak or slow-roasted chicken. They’re designed for dunking, and now garlic lovers have an official reason to go all in.

Meanwhile, Steak Garlic Nacho Fries return with seasoned fries topped with marinated grilled steak, pico de gallo, shredded cheddar cheese, nacho cheese sauce, and—of course—Creamy Garlic Sauce.

Taco Bell says this latest release is another example of how it listens to its community, especially when fans take a sauce and turn it into something bigger than intended. What started as a simple add-on became a shared obsession, and now it’s front and center on the menu.

“The community showed us how powerful a simple drizzle of Creamy Garlic Sauce could be,” said Liz Matthews, Taco Bell’s Global Chief Food Innovation Officer. “What started as a fan hack quickly became a shared passion, and we made sure to listen.”

The Cheesy Dipping Burritos are priced at $5.49, while Steak Garlic Nacho Fries will run $4.99, both available for a limited time at participating Taco Bell locations. Fans looking to go all out can also grab the $9 Discovery Luxe Box, which includes two Cheesy Dipping Burritos (slow-roasted chicken), a Seasoned Beef Chalupa Supreme, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium fountain drink.

For garlic fans, this one’s pretty straightforward. Dip early, dip often.
