You might want to change some things on here about celiac disease… they’re probably targeting people who eat gluten free for trends, not for an actual disease (actually the only medically established reason to eat gluten free). In reply to Zack Kitzmiller. Yeah! I lived in Thailand when I was a kid. We'd sometimes stop in the village of Sriracha to eat crab. The sauce was unique to that particular village, and most restaurants made their own. Usually not as hot as the Rooster Huy Fong brand, but a milder orange-colored sauce. Amazingly good with steamed crab.

In reply to Anonymous. Is the shortage just for the Rooster brand? (IMO, that's the best brand.) Or others as well? In Thailand there are several different varieties that range from on orange colorad, sweeter sauce to others that make Rooster taste like baby swill.
