El Pollo Loco is hitting the streets with its first-ever food truck—and it’s all about quesadillas.
Starting Thursday, June 26, fans can try two new cheesy heavyweights: the Creamy Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla and the Salsa Verde Chicken Quesadilla, both loaded with citrus-marinated grilled chicken and melty Jack cheese inside a golden toasted tortilla.
The cheesy handheld gets an on-the-go upgrade with this food truck flip, making for some peak convenience.
Oh, and they’re not rolling solo—NBA rising talent Dalton Knecht is joining the party for meet-and-greets and media time. Hoops, heat, and hella good quesadillas? Count us in.
